The wood gifts and home decor items you see on our Catalog pages are available for immediate shipment. We do have several 'standard' designs and some items similar in style, but no two are ever exactly the same. When you purchase an item from our website, it is immediately removed from the Catalog because there are no more of that item. Obviously then - you cannot order multiples of an item, nor can you order an 'Item Number' that is no longer shown. But, depending on the request and our current workload, we may be able to custom make that special gift for you.

Special & Custom Orders

• If you would like multiples of an item shown on the website, please Contact Us and we'll see what we can do. Even though, we cannot exactly duplicate any item, we will try to come as close as possible.
  
• If you would like an item that you have seen the past but is no longer available, please Contact Us and we can discuss. Because the person who purchased the original item was purchasing a one-of-a-kind, we do not feel it right to duplicate their item, but we may be able to create your own unique piece based on that shape or design.
  
• If you have an idea that appears to be in line with the type of items we make, please Contact Us, and we'll take a look. Please include the size, type of wood(s) and any other particulars to help us understand what you are looking for. Obviously, before any price can be determined, there would be additional communications needed.
• As stated previously, our items are not available thru any venue other than VanEss Expressions. We do not sell wholesale or on consignment. If you are looking for items to re-sell, please look elsewhere. However . . . we may consider a contract order if it is within our capabilities, and which would not interfere or be in conflict with items offered to customers of VanEss Expressions. Contact Us.
